Service Maintenance Contracts

We offer competitively priced planned maintenance contracts specifically tailored to each customers needs. These are fully flexible, allowing for 'one off', quarterly, six month, annual visits or whatever suits your requirements.

Nomeq On Site Service

Provides for the electrical, mechanical, function/output, accuracy checks and tests of biomedical equipment. All work is undertaken by one of our dedicated field service teams, backed up by our head office workshop and technical department.

Our fully trained engineers carry test equipment calibrated to national standards. Your medical equipment will be tested and calibrated to the very highest standards,

All equipment is asset tagged with a unique Nomeq number to help us identify its service history. The service report will consist of a list of all devices tested and a detailed individual certificate for each item.

Our engineers are also trained and qualified to perform Medical Electrical Safety Tests.

Medical Electrical Safety Tests (MEST) are carried out using specialist medical equipment safety testers which are programmed according to IEC 62353 standards.
The Electricity at Work Regulations (EWR) and the Health and Safety at Work (HASAWA) form the basis of programmes.

The test factors our Engineers cover through the Medical Electrical Safety Testing of your equipment would include (where applicable):

  • Protective Earth Community
  • Insulation Resistance
  • Earth Leakage Current
  • Touch Current
  • Patient Leakage Current
  • Patient Auxiliary Current

Our engineers will work around you, minimising both disruption and down time. All engineers are enhanced DBS checked, Citation approved and Reset accredited and full Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to national security vetting (NSD). 

Workshop Service and Repair

Equipment may be sent directly to our workshop for routine service, accuracy checks or repair. We also offer a collection and return service.

Our workshop and technical department is also available to offer front line telephone support to our customers, enabling us to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
